Yoga Basics

Yoga Den began offering this class in 2006. As more and more referrals from Doctors and Physical therapists were coming in,  we realized that some of these students needed specific modifications for safe practice. We were both surprised and pleased to see how many of our existing students signed up for the course, simply to fine tune their alignment, and to get a better understanding of the benefits of the postures. This class is held in modular workshop format, with hands on with opportunity for Q's and A's) is offered in several formats to suit demanding schedules. First, as a Thursday night, six week course, where 6 different poses are learned each week; you can join this at any time.  Yoga Basics is also offered on occasional Saturdays as a 3 hour workshop, and in private format which can be scheduled at your convenience.  Handouts are given to students so they can practice at home.  Call 268-8330 for dates and further information.
