  • If you get little to no regular exercise, have rehabilitative needs and/or are brand new to yoga with no knowledge of proper/safe alignment ...try our Yoga Basics course!  From there...

  • If you want to enjoy the more relaxing elements of yoga with a class that keeps the focus on the breath and  the stretch...try our Mind~Body class!
