Welcome to Yog Den Yellow Bluff, North Jacksonville’s premiere yoga studio for ALL LEVELS!! Whether you are looking to expand your practice, returning to the mat after a hiatus or an injury, or just ready to begin your journey from square one, we have a class for you! From our high intensity, calorie torching heated Sun Power classes to our all ages/levels appropriate, non-heated Mind Body classes, we’ll hold space for you! For your convenience, we have free loaner mats, towels, and water available, so the only thing you need to do is walk through the door ready to GROW!
