Join us for our monthly workshop on the second Friday of each month, featuring a transformative 75-minute experience designed for self-care. **Schedule:** – **15-Minute Pranayama Practice**: Focus on breath control to enhance the mind-body connection, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. – **30-Minute Yoga Nidra**: Experience deep relaxation through guided meditation, known as “yogic sleep,” which helps activate delta brain waves and soothes the nervous system. – **30-Minute Sound Healing**: Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, which support relaxation, enhance focus, and may alleviate anxiety and chronic pain. This workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated, uplifted, and peaceful—your calmest evening of the month. **What to Bring**: Please bring your yoga mat (or borrow one from us), any props for comfort, a sweater (as energy movement can affect body temperature), and water. Treat yourself to this enriching experience that clears and balances your body, mind, and spirit.
