For over two decades, Yoga Den has been building a community rooted in mindfulness and connection. Since opening our first studio in 2002, we’ve nurtured transformation in every class. 

Now, we’re expanding beyond the Den—bringing our community together in inspiring natural settings! Whether it’s for a single day, a weekend, or a full week, our retreats—local, domestic, and international—combine yoga with hiking, biking, paddling, and adventure.
