Yoga found me in 2010, during one of the more difficult seasons of my life. I began taking classes with Alyson Foreacre and almost immediately felt a profound shift—not just in my body, but in my entire being. What started as a need quickly turned into a lifelong practice. The sense of grounding, clarity, and peace I discovered on the mat has stayed with me ever since. In 2015, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening both my personal journey and my desire to share this practice with others. Yoga is not just something I do—it’s the thread that runs through my life and my family. Both of my grown children are now instructors themselves, and our shared passion continues to inspire and connect us in the most meaningful ways. Outside of yoga… well, I like to say there is no such thing! But when I’m not on the mat, you can find me cycling, traveling, reading, baking, cooking, or laughing with the people I love.
