A powerful flow practice that moves at a slower pace to allow the yogi time to move from posture to posture. New to yoga- this class will help you develop the time and strength needed to move from posture to posture safely. Experienced yogi- this class allows you time to develop even more physical strength and flexibility. Moving at a slower pace quiets the mind and spirit, all while developing strength and flexibility. Heated class- Average temp 85-90 degrees.
