Flow & Restore: A Self-Care Workshop

Bored with typical Friday night plans? Or just looking for a fun way to shake up your self care game? Say less. Flow & Restore is a pop-up workshop lead by Amanda Brinsko, LMT, ACSM-CPT, 200hr RYT. It’s a 90 minute creative class blending active-recovery/self care techniques with vinyasa flow, and ending in a longer savasana with hands-on assists. Attendees will stretch, roll out, breathe, flow and actively rest their way into a total body feeling of wellness & peaceful ease. Tools such as foam rollers, Thera-bands and tennis/lacrosse balls will be incorporated into the first part of class for a fun and informative workshop-style self-care component. Vinyasa flow is more stretchy, but stays true to a typical Sun Power style class. Extended savasana allows more time for meditative non-sleep deep rest and hands-on massage-style assists.
