Intentional Yoga with Chelsea- 75 min

Crafted thoughtfully, these classes incorporate gentle poses, various breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, and ancient yoga principles. Participants develop a sense of presence, calmness, and room for self-reflection, introspection, and profound realizations that go beyond the yoga mat.
