Introduction to Pranayama

October 18th 6:30p-8:30p In this workshop we will explore Pranayama (Breath work) to help provide a better understanding of how the body and mind can combine into a blissful experience.  We we go through a number of different pranayamas that will:  1) Warm up the Body and Mind; 2) Purify the Nadis (energy channels); 3) Raise the energy of the body through breath; and 4) Channel the energy that was raised to help dissolve the ego and observe the effects of what the breath can do.
