Pop-Up Slow Flow Yin

Prefer a yoga class style slightly more flowy, mellow, and relaxing as Mind Body, yet just as pleasant, gentle, tranquil, and comprising of deeper stretches like the benefits of ‘yin?’ This class technique does not consist of any standing, balancing or power-related sequences.This class embraces two yoga approaches – combining Mind-Body class components of supine, prone, and seated asanas with ‘yin’ longer holds that are timed for up to 2 minutes. While this approach offers the best of both worlds, the end result of feeling reposed, de-stressed, and peaceful will be felt. All levels are welcome. The class is at a cool temperature. Block, bolsters, straps, and other props are heavily condoned.
