Come join us on this glorious day full of connection and gratitude!🙌 21 years ago, the first Yoga Den started the tradition of gathering to practice both Hatha and Karma yoga, rolling out the mat while raising money for those in need. This year, with multiple locations participating, and a variety of styles being offered (not everyone wants to start the day with heated power yoga😅) we hope to unite and have an impact as we fundraise for the community affected by hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC. Yoga Den San Marco will be chilling it out with Mind Body class. Doors open at 7am, raffle starts at 7:30am, and then we start our class with Crystal Bowls by Angelica! Ticket price includes the practice, raffle ticket, event T-shirt/Tank, and donation to NC. Upon registration, please send your T-shirt size and style preference to sanmarco@yoga-den.com. November 18th is the cut off to choose your style/size. Want to donate but can’t make the practice? Just let us know in the T-shirt size email that you won’t be attending, so we don’t hold a spot on the floor. Much gratitude, we look forward to seeing you on the mat!
