The first 45 minutes focus on Yin Yoga — slow, floor-based postures held for extended periods to target the connective tissues, release deeply held tension, and invite inner quiet. With the body open and the nervous system calm, we transition into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that promotes deep rest and rejuvenation, taking you to the space between waking and sleep. This class is accessible to all levels and is especially supportive for those feeling stressed, overworked, or in need of deep, mindful self-care. No experience needed — just come as you are and prepare to unwind.
