Yoga and Bone Safety

$50 Investment. In this interactive workshop, we will explore postures from an internal, anatomical perspective. Through accessible movements and open discussion, we will learn how specific bones, joints and muscle groups unite to strengthen and harmonize major bodily systems. All fitness levels are welcome, and no experience is required as we bring to light the many benefits received from practicing various shapes on a regular basis. There is no better way to learn about your physical layer than through the lens of your yoga practice.
