Yoga Faith Slow Flow – 60 Min

YogaFaith Slow Flow class is recommended for new and experienced practitioners looking to make space for God’s presence in their lives through breath and movement. Students are invited into Christ centered meditation and movement in a 60-minute flow style class set to worship music. It provides an opportunity for believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect with God; heart, mind, soul and strength. This is done by integrating prayer, reading of the Bible, worship music, and the physical practice of yoga. All are invited regardless of faith background. Ample time is provided to explore safe alignment in each posture, deep stretching, breath awareness, building strength, and improving balance. Modifications and variations are offered for different levels of strength, flexibility, and desired energetic output. Permission language is given throughout, to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
