Yogalates Sculpt- 90 min

Yogalates Sculpt is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and lightweight training guaranteed to make you sweat, stretch, and sculpt muscles throughout the body. This class will increase overall strength and improve posture while promoting flexibility and reducing stiffness. Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and in turn reduce back pain. With an option to use light weights (1-3 lbs each) provided by the studio, instructors offer modifications and variations for everyone, providing a fun and challenging workout while still being safe and effective. Room Temperature Averages 90 degrees to promote detoxification through perspiration. Students will also enjoy the mental and emotional benefits the class has to offer. Modifications are provided in a safe and energizing environment.
