Alyson is a 500-hour ERYT , Reiki healer, and passionate wellness guide who has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She was first drawn to yoga during a challenging season in life, searching for a space to breathe, heal, and reconnect with herself. What started as a way to cope quickly blossomed into a lifelong love affair with the practice. Alyson believes that yoga is more than poses — it’s a homecoming to your body, your breath, and your truth. As a certified Reiki practitioner, she weaves healing energy and intention into every class, creating an experience that nurtures both body and spirit. In Alyson’s classes, you can expect soulful sequences, mindful movement, and space to explore your edge — whether you’re craving strength, stillness, or a little of both.
