Britney discovered yoga in 2010 and immediately fell in love with it. After a lower back injury from the gym, she realized yoga was the best way to help her body stay aligned and heal. In 2020, she found Yoga Den Avondale through a friend, and during that time yoga quickly became a lifeline for her physical and mental wellbeing. In 2024, she became RYT 200hr certified at Yoga Den and is eager to share her passion for yoga by creating classes that are intentional and infused with great energy and music. Her goal is to deepen our connection and understanding of ourselves and our sense of community, promoting healing for the mind, body, and spirit through this beautiful practice. She can’t wait to see you on the mat! Outside of yoga, Britney is a partner at an interior design firm, a beekeeper, and a proud mom to her many fur babies.
