My Love for Yoga and how it changed my life brought me to wanting to share it with all I could. Jenny Beane Of Quest for Life Wellness center became my mentor and got me started in a training class. In May of 2015, I started teaching a Mindful slow flow class at the Quest for Life Wellness Center. In no time at all I was teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Senior Chair Yoga. I enjoy sharing the joy you feel in the mind, body & soul also with learning breath work. Yoga has many benefits for all, from preschool to senior citizens. It’s a positive change in your body and life.
