Chakra Sound Bath

3rd Friday of Every Month
Time: 6:00pm - 7:15pm
Location: Yoga Den San Marco
Pay per student: $25
This 75-minute class offers a journey through the subtle body, blending yin and restorative postures to invigorate every chakra. Each singing bowl resonates with a unique tune and frequency, aligning with our seven chakras. Throughout the session, participants transition through various asanas representing each chakra, accompanied by a guided sound bath. Holding each posture for 3-6 minutes, we delve into the engagement of specific chakras while exploring the corresponding tune and frequency. By the end, participants will experience a profound sense of restoration and revitalization.
