Sun Power Bhakti

Bhakti Vinyasa combines the mental practice of gratitude with the physical practice of Power Vinyasa yoga. The physical practice combines both held shapes and sequence flows, with a core-strengthening component to stimulate metabolism. A key element is the breath, which is linked to a mindful rhythm while practicing, to encourage students to focus on pranayama, specifically deep breath control. Vinyasa was intended to be practiced with a balanced breath pace to cultivate a balanced mind state. With movement, sound and vibration, this class helps to instill a deep sense of gratitude for our many blessings.
