Candlelit Unwind

As the week winds down, immerse yourself in an oasis of tranquility with our Friday Candlelit Unwind. This is not just a yoga session; it’s a journey to inner peace and rejuvenation, perfectly timed to set the tone for your weekend.

Our session begins with a series of gentle, floor-based asanas. These movements are crafted to be accessible for all levels, focusing on releasing tension and fostering a deep connection with the earth. As you flow through these poses, pranayama (breath work), and meditation, you’ll find your body unwinding, each muscle softly easing into a state of relaxed bliss.

This class is your opportunity to give back to yourself after a long week. It’s a time to nurture your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your spirit. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to embrace the weekend with a renewed sense of peace.

Hot Flow Yin

Starting with grounding postures to get settled into the practice, we then work on building muscle through repetitive strengthening movements with the heat of power. Yin postures are weaved into the practice to not only challenge the body but the mind as well. These holding postures are a great way to become comfortable with stillness and calm energy. This is two classes in one! Both strength and stretch.

Mind Body/Supportive Mind Body

Whether you are new or experienced in your yoga practice, this class is for you!

Our Mind Body classes are rooted in the Kripalu tradition.  Mindful warm-ups begin this thorough practice, which encompasses standing, prone, seated, and supine postures.  Static in nature, meaning you’re not getting up and down off the floor, this methodology allows students ample time to explore safe alignment, breath awareness, deep stretching, and stress relief, while also strengthening the body. Modifications are offered for different levels of strength and flexibility, and permission language is given to encourage students to listen to their own bodies, rest when they like, and embrace individual needs.  The studios are warmed only enough to offer a safe and comfortable stretch.

Supportive Mind Body class emphasizes the use of props such as chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters to aid in your practice to be suitable for all body types and abilities.

Prana Magic (Kundalini)

Come raise your energy and spirit alchemizing your own prana, or life force energy! This yoga class will utilize yogic asanas (poses), kriyas (cleanses), and pranayama (breathwork) to release stagnant energy in the mind and body. In a more open and receptive state, we will begin the discovery of inner harmony and deep relaxation through meditation and mantras. This class is healing and transformative with a focus on the chakras and your personal experience.

Sun Power

A Yoga Den Original Sun Power yoga is an athletic practice that begins with Sun Salutations and is followed by held postures mindfully sequenced to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility. Pulling from an eclectic blend of lineages and styles such as Ashtanga, Jiva Mukti, and Anusara, Sun Power classes are taught with a post-traditional perspective, inviting students to listen to their bodies, modify if needed and rest any time.

Sun Power Flow

This class offers a dynamic flow practiced with mindful rhythm, encouraging students to focus on pranayama, breath control. As we coordinate breath and movement and flow through sequences designed to stimulate both the physical and energy bodies, we begin to understand and appreciate the true meaning and benefit of vinyasa yoga!

This class deliver a high sweat factor, bring your towel, and come well hydrated. You will leave feeling cleansed and completely at ease.

A quiet contemplative practice and beautiful grounding practice. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians (energy lines). Shapes are held for 2 to 5 minutes to give the body time and space to release the fascia and connective tissue surrounding targeted muscle groups.

Props are used throughout the practice for added comfort. Slow down and achieve mental, emotional, and physical relaxation.

Yoga Sculpt

A Mixed Level class combining yoga and light weight-training to tone the full body. It is designed to help participants improve overall fitness and strength. While the sculpt practice focuses on toning and intensity, students will also enjoy the mental and emotional benefits the class has to offer. Modifications are provided in a safe and energizing environment.

A Mixed Level class combining a fusion of Yoga and Pilates guaranteed to make you sweat, stretch, and sculpt muscles throughout the body. This class will increase overall strength and improve posture while promoting flexibility and reducing stiffness. Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and in turn reduce back pain. With an option to use light weights (1-3 lbs. each) provided by the studio,

We offer modifications and options for everyone. Fun and challenging while still being safe and effective.
