Grounding and static in nature, this practice provides ample time to explore safe alignment in each posture, providing a deep stretch while maintaining an awareness of breath. Modifications and variations are offered for different levels of strength, flexibility, and desired energetic output. Permission language is given throughout, to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Room Temperature averages 78 degrees to facilitate deeper, safer stretching.

Sun Power

A Yoga Den Original Sun Power yoga is an athletic practice that begins with Sun Salutations and is followed by held postures mindfully sequenced to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility. Sun Power Flow

Sun Power Flow is an athletic heated practice that offers dynamic sequences with held postures like Sun Power, but in addition will also repeat the sequences multiple times to maintain continuous movement, elevate heart rate and create a flow state, or moving meditation, in both body and mind.
