Candlelight Yin

A special practice designed to improve flexibility, energy flow and range of motion by targeting the connective tissues of the body in a very controlled practice. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to any dynamic yoga practice and also benefits athletes of all types in terms of injury prevention. Over time, the practice of Yin Yoga can lengthen these tissues, increasing range of motion.
Postures are held for 2 to 5 minutes in order to release the fascia and connective tissues surrounding the muscles.

Open to all levels, no prior experience necessary. Studio room is illuminated with candles and soft music played.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative poses relieve stress by utilizing props, a supportive environment, and sequences designed to move the spine in all directions gently. These movements illustrate the age-old wisdom of yoga that a healthy spine enhances well-being. This class sequence ends with an extended resting pose and guided meditation.

When the body enters a state of relaxation, the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind. The only work that’s required on your part during a restorative yoga practice is to pay attention to your breath and become aware of any sensations or thoughts that may arise.

Sun Power Bhakti

This class offers a dynamic flow practiced with mindful rhythm, encouraging students to focus on pranayama, breath control. As we coordinate breath and movement, and flow through sequences designed to stimulate both the physical and energy bodies, we begin to understand and appreciate the true meaning and benefit of vinyasa yoga! In this version of Sun Power Bhakti, only the postures are called, with no hands-on assistance. This class delivers a high sweat factor, bring your towel and come well-hydrated. You will leave feeling cleansed and completely at ease.

Sun Power Flow

More Flow (less static holding) than Sun Power, as sequences may be repeated vinyasa-style with appropriate breath cues. Postures are called, with no hands-on assistance. Vinyasa to Restorative

Together, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga are a powerful pairing, encouraging a more contemplative non-reactive quality of mind. The dynamic yang style of vinyasa flow helps strengthen and invigorate the body and mind.

Restorative yoga is a delicious way to relax and soothe frayed nerves. With the incorporation of props, restorative yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more.

Vinyasa Flow

Enjoy this MIXED LEVEL class linking asana and pranyama, connecting each posture with breath in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Sun As and Sun Bs combined with static poses building strength and flexibility by emphasizing and exploring slower movements, utilizing breath to guide the movement,the flow. Variations offered for different levels of strength, flexibility and desire.

Yoga Sculpt is a Mixed Level class combining yoga and light weight-training to tone the full body. It is designed to help participants improve overall fitness and strength. While the sculpt practice focuses on toning and intensity, students will also enjoy the mental and emotional benefits the class has to offer. Modifications are provided in a safe and energizing environment.

Mindful Flow

All the feels of a MindBody class with an active flow to inspire a little heat. We will end with a beautiful stretch and peaceful Savasana.

Chill Asana

This restorative, yin-style class helps you totally relax and let go of stress and tension in your mind and body. Gentle movements are followed by a floor-based practice and guided meditation while enjoying cool tunes that make this class a unique, fun, and peaceful way to start your weekend.

Sunrise Power

A SUPER high energy, high sweat practice with dynamic flows and held postures. An eclectic blend of traditional and post-traditional perspectives, where each teacher puts their own creative spin into sequencing and playlists. This class will stretch, strengthen and detox the entire body.
